Troubleshooting guide

Alarm cards come with every set. Use these steps to get online faster, then call us if a restart is not stable.

E01

What it means: Suction pressure dropped below safe threshold, usually due to clogged strainers or closed valve.

First actions: Clean suction strainer, confirm inlet isolation is open, and prime the pump before restart.

E05

What it means: Seal chamber temperature rising from dry run or blocked mechanical seal flush.

First actions: Check seal pot level, confirm cooling line is open, and verify the pump is flooded before start.

E09

What it means: Drive detected missing or reversed phase while the motor was running.

First actions: Verify incoming supply with a multimeter and check motor terminal block for loose conductors.

E12

What it means: Vibration sensor exceeded limit indicating misalignment or bearing wear.

First actions: Inspect coupling alignment, check for soft foot, and take a bearing temperature reading.

E21

What it means: Float or level transmitter reported unsafe level for pump operation.

First actions: Confirm level instruments are clean, test float travel, and review setpoints in the controller.
